AMPLIFIER WITH A TPA3110 SYSTEM - PRINTED PLATE

The amplifier has been assembled on a 60x28mm board. It can be supplied with voltage from the 8.25 V DC range, it gets 2x15W output power on the 8V load. Works in class D and has efficiency up to 90%, so it does not require the use of a heat sink. With a loudspeaker cable length up to 1 m, there are no chokes required.
The efficiency of this system is surprising: the amplifier, playing music, working with medium power did not charge even 200mA. However, in the standby state the current consumption was about 7 mA (12V power supply), but only by the LEDs that light up, because it draws less than 1mA. In energy-saving applications, it is worth not to install LED diodes.
