About the book

Electron tubes have been replaced by semiconductor equipment in the late 1970s. They are currently experiencing their renaissance in audio technology. This is related to, inter alia, the increasingly better availability of new generation lamps. Their production is dealt with by many companies, the few of which are the most modern in Europe.
