A small power controller system that can be used as a 'dimmer' for incandescent lamps or an AC motor speed controller, eg an electric drill. The system uses a specialized integrated circuit LS7232. The actuator is the triac, and it depends on its parameters depends on the maximum load of the regulator. Controlling the receiver is possible via a single button. It determines the on / off and smooth power control. A short engagement causes alternate starting and disconnecting the load. A longer press affects the power level. The system remembers the last used setting and returns to it after switching on the receiver.
The device is especially recommended for all users of lighting and power tools powered from the power grid, where there is a need for smooth power regulation
