AVT3188 A + - event counter. PCB and programmed layout

Description

The counter is designed for counting up and down pulses from various types of state sensors or switches. Counts at a frequency no greater than 10Hz (10 pulses per second), and each impulse is signaled by sound. The maximum capacity of the meter is 9999, and the counted value is stored in the non-volatile memory, so that after a power failure, the result will be restored.
