Development kit based on the Arm Cortex-M4 32-bit microcontroller with a frequency of 180 MHz. The module has a built-in 2MB Flash memory, 256 KB SRAM, SDRAM controller, HS USB and Ethernet MAC. The tile contains numerous peripheral systems, including LED diodes, user buttons, accelerometer or microSD card connector.
The tile is compatible with the Freescale Tower system. The modular design of the system makes it easy to use, reliable, well integrated and provides toolchain with a compiler, debugger and analyzer.
