Description
A small USB-UART TTL converter module based on the CH340N chip with a microUSB connector. Equipped with a LED indicating power. The module allows you to send UART bus signals (3.3 V or 5 V) to the computer via the USB port.
Features
- USB FS interface, compatible with USB 2.0
- Hardware full duplex UART serial interface, integrated transceiver buffer, supports transmission rates ranging from 50bps to 2Mbps
- Supports common MODEM interface signals RTS, DTR, DCD, RI, DSR and CTS
- Provides an additional RS232, RS485, RS422 etc. interface via an external voltage conversion circuit
- Software compatible with CH341
- Built-in 12MHz clock, no external quartz required
- MicroUSB connector
- Power supply 5 V and 3.3 V
