Description
Kit for building an intelligent JetBot robot. The design is based on the Jetson Nano mini-computer. It is an NVIDIA development kit with ARM Cortex A57 CPU working at 1.43 GHz and Maxwell graphics system consisting of 128 cores supporting CUDA technology. The system is supported by 2 GB DDR4 RAM, Ethernet and HDMI interface and two MIPI-CSI connectors. The set is designed especially for graphic design and processing of very large amounts of data and for running modern devices using AI. Supports popular AI libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Keras and MXNet.
The robot is equipped with an 8 MPx camera with Sony IMX219 image sensor, which allows you to collect data by taking a large number of photos in various conditions, using the data to train the neutral network, combined with the AI algorithm and achieving automatic collision avoidance in various environments.
The kit is also equipped with the ROS node code, which makes it easier to start working with the ROS (Robot Operating System), and also allows you to quickly learn about the structure and concept of the system.
The kit is easy to assemble. It consists of a Jetson Nano minicomputer, a board (a module with an OLED display, a basket for 18650 batteries and a motor controller), an expansion module with connectors, a camera with a Sony IMX219 image sensor, motors, housing and a set of mounting screws. It is also equipped with a WiFi 2.4 / 5 GHz module and Bluetooth 4.2 with an M.2 connector and two antennas. Installation instructions are available at the link.
The kit is the official kit recommended by the manufacturer Jetson Nano - Nvidia. The user manual that helps you get started with the kit is available on the manufacturer's website.
