1.75 mm PET-G filament for 3D printing by ROSA3D. 0.5 kg of filament is wound on the spool. The recommended printing temperature is in the range from 220°C to 260°C, and the temperature of the bed during printing in the range of 60°C - 80°C.
Rosa3D is a Polish manufacturer of filaments intended for both hobby and industrial printing. Thanks to many years of experience and modern machinery, the company is able to provide good quality and accuracy of the diameter and roundness of the filament. The PET-G CarbonLook filament was designed for prints where the visual effect of the object is more important than its industrial use. It will be used in the creation of prototypes and large-format prints.
The small addition of carbon fibers used in the material results in a printout with a satin surface and almost invisible layers, with only a slight stiffening of the material. An additional advantage is the possibility of obtaining a slight transparency of the material in prints with very thin walls. Printing with PET-G CarbonLook is characterized by a low level of threading and excellent adhesion between the layers. It is just as easy to achieve fascinating results as with the PET-G Standard filament. The material shows no shrinkage and does not require a closed chamber. Due to the low content of carbon fibers in the material, the abrasion of the filament is lower than in the PETG+CF material, which translates into less wear of the printing nozzle.
