Description

USB - LIN bus  converter module based on STM32F042G4 microcontroller and LIN TJA1028 transmitter. It has a built-in voltage regulator and optical isolation for LIN bus. It allows you to connect devices to your computer via the LIN bus. The converter has a USB type A cable and a screw socket. Through the computer it is visible as a COM port and works with standard terminals.

  • BAT + - 5V power supply
  • GND - Power supply mass
  • LIN - LIN bus communication line

  • Monitor mode, for all frame reception, and sending single frames.
  • Master mode, with up to 15 frame slots
  • Slave mode, with up to 15 frame slots
  • 19200/9600 option baud rate
  • Optical isolation for LIN
  • External 4.5 V to 28 V is needed for LIN network
  • Device size is 31x18 mm (without USB connector)
  • Termination resistors controlled by software
