RP2350A - ARM Cortex M33 + RISC-V Hazard3, QFN-60

Description

The RP2350A is a modern microcontroller from the RP2350 family from Raspberry Pi, an advanced successor to the popular RP2040. The system offers two ARM Cortex-M33 cores and two RISC-V Hazard3 cores clocked at 150 MHz and 520 kB of SRAM memory divided into 10 independent banks. It supports up to 16 MB of external flash/PSRAM memory, which can be connected via the QSPI interface.

The built-in USB 1.1 controller with host and device mode support and a wide range of peripherals, including 24 PWM channels, 12 PIO state machines, as well as UART, SPI and I2C interfaces, make it a versatile choice for advanced embedded projects. The system also includes extensive security mechanisms, such as bootloader signing, OTP security and SHA-256 hardware accelerators. The RP2350A is available in a QFN-60 package (7 x 7 mm), offering 30 GPIO lines and 4 analog inputs.
