RSBL120-24 is a high-torque industrial-grade RS485 servo mechanism, reaching up to 120 kg·cm torque at 24 V supply. It features a brushless motor, a steel gearbox with a 1:232 ratio, and a precise 360° absolute magnetic encoder with 0.088° resolution. The CNC-machined aluminum housing ensures excellent thermal resistance, dimensional stability, and structural rigidity.
The servo supports multiple operating modes: angle control, closed-loop speed, step motion relative to position, and multi-turn angle control. It supports up to 253 devices via the RS485 (UART) interface, making it ideal for robotics, industrial automation, and large mechatronic systems.
Real-time feedback is available for position, speed, load, voltage, current, and temperature, with overload and overheating protection. Center position calibration is performed with a single button.
