RSBL45-24 is a professional RS485 servo mechanism with high torque, precise control, and a durable design. Featuring a brushless motor, magnetic encoder, and serial communication, it is ideal for applications requiring reliable and scalable motion control, such as robotics, industrial automation, and mechatronic systems.
Advanced servo mechanism with RS485 interface, delivering high torque up to 45 kg·cm at 24 V. Powered by a brushless motor, it features a precision steel gearbox (gear ratio 1:353) and a 12-bit absolute magnetic encoder (360°). The CNC-machined aluminum housing provides high mechanical durability, dimensional stability, and effective heat dissipation.
The servo supports multiple operating modes: angular servo, closed-loop speed, step-motion, and multi-turn angle control. With support for up to 253 devices via a single RS485 UART interface, it is ideal for complex projects such as walking robots, robotic arms, and mobile platforms.
It includes features like programmable center position and start/stop acceleration control. Real-time feedback includes position, speed, voltage, current, temperature, and load. Overload and thermal protection help prevent motor damage.
