CF35-12 is a high-precision servo mechanism with a 360° magnetic encoder, optimized for use in modern robotic designs. Its high torque, maintenance-free construction, and rich set of control features make it an ideal choice for walking robots, robotic arms, and mechatronic systems requiring high accuracy, smooth motion, and reliability.
The CF35-12 digital servo mechanism is based on TTL serial communication, designed for use in mobile robotics, manipulators, and multi-axis structures. It features a 12-bit magnetic encoder with a resolution of 0.088°, enabling full 360° control without mechanical angle limitation.
The module delivers up to 35 kg·cm torque at 12 V and provides exceptional precision thanks to its contactless angle sensor. It supports multiple operating modes, including position, speed, and step control. Torque limit settings allow precise handling of both delicate and rigid objects.
The CNC-machined aluminum housing enhances rigidity, heat dissipation, and durability. Steel gears with a 1:345 ratio are used, and the closed-loop feedback system enables real-time readings of temperature, voltage, load, and position. The simple UART bus supports control of up to 253 servos simultaneously with minimal wiring.
