Description

5 mm LED emitting ultraviolet radiation in the wavelength range of 400–405 nm, with a peak at 402 nm. The flat-top design focuses light at a narrow 15° angle, increasing beam intensity in the illuminated area. The luminous intensity is 140 mcd at a current of 20 mA and a forward voltage of approx. 3.2 V. The LED can be used in UV detectors, inspection systems, sensors, and decorative projects requiring emission in the near-UV band.
