Flexible TPU 95A filament in Jet Black color with a 1.75 mm diameter and 500 g net weight, manufactured by Prusa Research with a diameter tolerance of ±0.06 mm, designed for FDM 3D printers. Prusa Research
Prusament TPU 95A Jet Black 500g is designed for 3D printing flexible parts requiring high abrasion resistance, durability, and long-term performance in demanding operating conditions. The filament is manufactured by Prusa Research using a controlled production process with continuous diameter monitoring, material consistency inspection, and mechanical property testing. Parameters of each spool can be verified online using the assigned QR code and read through NFC technology compatible with the OpenPrintTag system.

The ether-based TPU 95A material features very low moisture absorption along with high resistance to hydrolysis and microbial degradation. The material maintains flexibility and impact resistance even at temperatures down to -50°C while also providing good chemical resistance to oils and greases. Thin-walled prints remain highly flexible, while increased wall count and infill density allow the production of durable, wear-resistant functional parts.
