Step-Down DC / DC converter (D36V6F5 chip), which reduces the input voltage (5.2 ... 50 V) to 5 V. The maximum current efficiency of the inverter module is 600 mA, it is the maximum continuous current that can be taken from the inverter. The efficiency of the converter ranges from 80 to 90%, which makes it a much better solution than linear voltage stabilizers. The inverter has protection against short-circuiting output and temperature protection. The inverter module has an additional pin allowing to turn off the inverter output. Due to its small size, it will be used in any project requiring stable power supply.
