Description

Sn60Pb40 SW26 solder is a renowned product that has gained recognition among professionals in the field of electronics and electrical engineering. Made of the highest quality materials, created in the process of precise first smelting of tin and lead, meets the EN ISO 9453:2014 standards. Contains SW26 flux, which enables effective and durable joining of elements. Tin is available in various sizes, from wires with a diameter of 0.38 mm to 4 mm, adapting to various requirements and applications. With its help, professionals can perform precise soldering tasks in situations where efficiency and reliability are crucial.

The composition of this solder has been carefully balanced to ensure optimal conductive and strength properties. With a content of 59.50 to 60.50% tin and the rest is lead, it meets the highest quality standards. The minimal content of other elements guarantees that the product is free from impurities, offering excellent performance. It is characterized by a melting point of 183 to 190°C, a specific gravity of 8.50 g/cm3 and a thermal conductivity of 49 W/m•K. The tensile strength at break is 535 kgf/cm2 and the elongation at break reaches 40%. The recommended tip temperature for soldering is from 340 to 420°C, which provides optimal conditions for precise and effective connection.
