Description

The USB - RS232/RS485 Converter is a versatile device for converting USB signals to RS232 or RS485, facilitating integration across different communication systems. The male Type A USB port enables power supply and communication at 5V, supporting data transmission up to approximately 5 meters. The RS232 port features a screw terminal connector, allowing stable data transmission up to approximately 15 meters in point-to-point mode at speeds ranging from 300bps to 921600bps. The RS485 port also uses a screw terminal and offers automatic direction control, TVS diode, and surge protection, enabling data transmission up to approximately 1.2 km in point-to-multipoint mode (up to 32 nodes). LED indicators (PWR, TXD, RXD) provide visual support during operation, indicating power status, TX data transmission, and RX data reception. The converter supports a wide range of operating systems: Mac, Linux, Android, and Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, making it an ideal solution for various industrial and commercial applications.
