Description

A development kit containing a development board with the Artix-7 100T chip compatible with the PC/104 standard and a two-channel ADC Zmod AWG 1411 converter.

The FPGA contains 101,440 logical cells. The set is equipped with DDR3 512 MB and Quad-SPI 16 MB memory for storing FPGA configuration. The module is expandable thanks to the SYZYGY compatible Zmod port and Pmod ports. Built-in USB hub and controller conveniently connect USB104 A7 with JTAG, UART and Parallel Data Interface (DPTI). DPTI data transfer interface provides data transfer from host to FPGA and can be easily managed with Digilent Adept 2. USB104 A7 is ideal for projects with limited size, weight and power. Hardware Reference Manual is available on product website.

Zmod AWG 1411 is a dual-channel DAC converter compatible with the SYZYGY standard. The module can simultaneously generate two 5 V signals with 14-bit resolution and sampling frequency up to 100 MS/s. Analog outputs can be connected to the module via SMA connectors. Analog Zmod DAC is based on the AD9717 chip. The board is responsible for configuring the internal registers of the ADC circuit, providing the clock and receiving data. The manufacturer also provides documentation for the module.
