Zeenko ZK06-UM is a precise, wideband RF amplifier for the 10 MHz – 6 GHz range, designed for high-sensitivity measurements with low interference. Powered via USB-C and optimized for use with devices such as the tinySA ULTRA, it offers high linearity and a low noise figure across the entire supported band.
The ZK06-UM is a wideband low-noise amplifier (LNA) from Zeenko designed to operate in the 10 MHz – 6 GHz band. Powered via a USB Type-C connector, the module features good gain flatness across 1–6 GHz and a low noise figure, making it suitable for RF applications, including use as an external preamplifier for the tinySA ULTRA spectrum analyzer for measurements up to 5.8 GHz.
The circuit allows precise parameter tuning thanks to adjustable supply current via an external bias resistor. High OP1dB and OIP3 values ensure strong overload resistance and good signal quality in laboratory and hobbyist applications. It can serve as a replacement for popular devices such as the QPL9503 and QPL9504.
