Development board with ATmega32u4 microcontroller. There are 20 digital inputs / outputs (7 of them can be used to generate PWM signals, 12 of them can work as analog inputs), 16 MHz crystal, micro USB socket, power socket, ICSP programming connector and a reset button. The board contains everything you need to get started, just plug in the power adapter or USB cable and start playing!
The advantage of this board is that the ATmega32u4 microcontroller is equipped with a hardware USB interface, thanks to which it does not require an additional microcontroller or converter implementing this functionality. This allows for unusually easy creation of keyboard or mouse emulation applications, in addition, it is possible to operate the USB interface in CDC mode, thanks to which Leonardo is visible in the computer as a virtual COM port.
