Development board with SAMD21 microcontroller (ARM Cortex® M0+), 8 I/O lines, 12 PWM channels, micro-USB. The board is equipped with an ESP32 module enabling the implementation of communication via WiFi. Arduino MKR WiFi 1010 ABX00023
Arduino MKR WiFi is a development board with a SAMD21 microcontroller (ARM Cortex® M0+). There are 8 digital inputs/outputs, 12 for generating PWM signals, 7 as analog inputs, USART interface, SPI, I2C, I2S and micro USB connector, power connector and reset button. The board is equipped with an ESP32 module enabling the implementation of wireless communication via WiFi.
The advantage of this board is that the SAMD21 microcontroller is equipped with a USB hardware interface, thanks to which it does not require an additional microcontroller or converter implementing this functionality. This allows for extremely easy creation of applications emulating the keyboard or mouse, in addition, it is possible to work the USB interface in CDC mode, thanks to which the Arduino MKR WiFi is visible in the computer as a virtual COM port.
