The Portenta C33 is an ideal module for creating cost-effective real-time applications. It is equipped with the advanced Renesas R7FA6M5BH2CBG Arm Cortex®-M33 microcontroller, operating at up to 200 MHz, offering 512 kB of SRAM and 2 MB of Flash memory. Additionally, the module includes 16 MB of QSPI Flash memory. With Arm TrustZone technology and a Secure Crypto Engine 9, the device ensures a high level of security, while the NXP SE050C2 Secure Element provides further protection. The Portenta C33 also supports a wide range of interfaces, such as USB Type-C High Speed, 100Mb Ethernet (PHY), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy, as well as CAN, SDCard, ADC, GPIO, SPI, I2S, I2C, and JTAG/SWD. The Portenta C33 offers industrial-level security through the integrated secure element, ensuring hardware protection. The module also supports over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates via Arduino IoT Cloud or other external services.

Thanks to a wide range of available software libraries and Arduino examples, the Portenta C33 enables the quick deployment of AI-based projects. Additionally, the built-in Arduino IoT Cloud widgets allow real-time data monitoring on interactive dashboards. The module is compatible with the Portenta and MKR families, and its open-pinout design simplifies automatic mounting and more efficient connections with other components.
