Description
The Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 is the latest official camera module from Raspberry Pi. It features the advanced Sony IMX708 sensor with a resolution of 11.9MP, enabling full HD video recording and high-detail photography. With integrated Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) and Contrast Detection Autofocus (CDAF) technologies, the image remains sharp and accurately focused even when the object distance changes.
The 102° wide-angle lens captures a large portion of the scene, making the camera ideal for surveillance, wildlife photography, or AI projects. The built-in IR-cut filter ensures realistic color reproduction under daylight conditions. The module is fully compatible with all Raspberry Pi models and supported by libcamera and Picamera2 libraries.
