IMX708-120 Camera NoIR is a wide-angle 12 MP camera module with autofocus and night mode capability. Designed for systems based on Raspberry Pi, it is suitable for monitoring, image analysis and projects requiring round-the-clock operation and image capture in low-light conditions.
IMX708-120 Camera NoIR is a 12 MP camera module version with a wide-angle lens and night vision support, based on the Sony IMX708 sensor and compatible with the Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3. Due to the absence of an IR filter, it is possible to capture infrared images (external IR light source required), which makes the camera useful for round-the-clock monitoring and machine vision systems operating in darkness.
The device offers a resolution of 4608 × 2592 pixels, autofocus controlled via I2C and HDR mode for enhanced image detail. With a 120° field of view, 2.75 mm focal length and F2.2 aperture, it provides a wide observation field and good image quality even in low-light conditions. An additional FPC cable is required for use with Raspberry Pi 5 and Zero series.
