ArduCAM 3MP ISX031 MIPI is a high-quality camera designed for vision systems based on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, Orin NX, and AGX Orin platforms. The module uses an automotive-grade Sony ISX031 sensor with a 3 MP resolution, ensuring stable operation in demanding lighting conditions. Thanks to the 120 dB High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology, the camera can capture detailed images in both very bright and dark areas of a scene. This enables accurate image analysis in applications such as robotics, autonomous systems, and environmental monitoring. The camera also features a built-in image signal processor (ISP) that performs real-time image processing, including automatic exposure, white balance, noise reduction, and tone mapping.
One of the key features of the device is LED Flicker Mitigation (LFM), an advanced technology that eliminates flicker from LED lighting or strobe lamps. This solution ensures stable and artifact-free images in environments such as warehouses, industrial facilities, and traffic monitoring systems. The camera is equipped with a wide-angle lens providing a large field of view, enabling observation of a broad area and increasing the spatial awareness of vision systems. As a result, the module is well suited for mobile robotics, autonomous vehicles, and artificial intelligence projects that analyze images in real time.
The device communicates with the Jetson platform via a high-speed MIPI CSI-2 interface with four data lanes, providing high data throughput and low latency.
