This module from SIM7080G is designed to work with Raspberry Pi. It enables the use of NB-IoT and Cat-M communications, as well as positioning using GNSS systems such as GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo. It can be controlled by AT commands and supports communication protocols such as HTTP, MQTT, LWM2M, COAP, etc. Due to its low latency, low power consumption and long range, it is an ideal choice for IoT applications like smart instruments, asset tracking and remote monitoring.
The module has an integrated voltage level converter chip, three LEDs to indicate operation, and a nano SIM card slot. It is compatible with 3.3 V and 5 V systems. Full documentation with examples is available on the product wiki page.
