Description
Laser scanner using ToF technology to create a map in the 2D plane. The sensor takes measurements at 4,000 Hz, allowing 360° scanning at frequencies from 2 to 8 Hz. It has a range of up to 8 m. The sensor communicates via the UART interface and is powered by 5 V. The built-in motor ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation, and the refined optical design effectively protects against strong interference from ambient light. Its small size makes it ideal for use in SLAM algorithms, for determining the robot's position in space, mapping the terrain in which it is located, detecting objects and planning the robot's route.
