A 3.52-inch eInk/ePaper display with a resolution of 340 x 180 pixels, offering support for four colors: black, white, red, and yellow. The image remains visible without power, and the high contrast ensures excellent readability in full daylight. The display is designed for standalone integration with an external controller via a 24-pin FPC connector and is supported by popular Arduino and CircuitPython libraries. Adafruit 6414
3.52" Quad-Color eInk/ePaper is a modern electronic paper display that offers greater visual capabilities than classic tri-color panels. The use of eInk technology ensures that the image remains visible even after the power is completely disconnected, significantly reducing energy consumption. The display features a resolution of 340 × 180 pixels and a 3.52-inch diagonal, making it well suited for compact projects. High contrast provides excellent readability in full daylight without the need for backlighting. This model supports four colors: black, white, red, and yellow, allowing clear highlighting of data, icons, and messages.
The display closely mimics the appearance of printed paper, making it ideal for information boards, electronic labels, IoT projects, and status interfaces. This is the display panel only, intended for integration with a suitable controller board. Operation requires a standard 24-pin FPC connector and a compatible ePaper controller. The integrated JD79667 driver is supported by Arduino and CircuitPython libraries, greatly simplifying programming. The unusual reversed connector orientation is addressed by the included adapter and FPC cable, enabling seamless compatibility with popular controller boards. Each pixel can display only one of the four colors, making the display ideal for static and semi-static content. Thanks to its low power consumption, it is an excellent choice for battery-powered devices and long-term installations.
