A set of two optical quadrature encoders for Polol micromotors with a two-sided extended shaft , the set includes two plates with reflective sensors, two 3-tooth wheels (12 pulses per revolution) and two 5-tooth wheels (20 pulses per revolution) of the encoder. The sensors work with 5 V power supply and have digital outputs that can be connected directly to a microcontroller or digital system.
Attention!
The set does not contain micromotors . The encoders only fit micromotors with a double-sided shaft . The encoders have holes that only fit the LP, MP, and HP series, they are not compatible with the HPCB series.
The encoder plate was designed for soldering directly to the rear of the engine, the rear part of the shaft should go through the center hole on the plate. To obtain a good connection between motors and encoders, solder one connector, align the encoder board and solder the other connector. Avoid prolonged heating of the motor connections, as plastic housings or motor brushes can be deformed.
