ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-5B is an enhanced version of Waveshare's development board featuring the ESP32-S3 microcontroller, equipped with a 5-inch IPS display with a high resolution of 1024×600 and a capacitive touch panel supporting up to 5 touch points. The board is powered by a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor (up to 240 MHz), integrates 16 MB of Flash memory and 8 MB of PSRAM, and supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 LE connectivity.
Designed for HMI and automation applications, it offers a rich set of interfaces: CAN, RS485, I2C, USB, opto-isolated digital inputs and outputs, and a TF card slot. With a wide power supply range of 7–36 V and support for lithium battery operation, the device can function autonomously in industrial environments.
