Description
USR-M300-ETH is an industrial IoT Edge Gateway with data acquisition, local processing (edge computing), protocol conversion, I/O support, and cloud data transmission. The device supports Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT, and SNMP conversion, and offers multiple communication interfaces including 2 serial ports (RS232/RS485), 2 Ethernet ports (LAN/WAN), 2 digital inputs (DI), 2 digital outputs (DO - relay), and 2 analog inputs (AI - 4–20 mA). Thanks to its modular design, it can be easily expanded with additional I/O modules.
The device runs on a Linux system with a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and supports concurrent data collection from up to 2000 data points. It supports various modes of TCP/UDP/HTTP/Websocket operation and the Node-RED graphical programming environment. Designed for operation in harsh industrial environments with a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and power supply of 9–36 V DC. The ABS enclosure with IP30 protection allows for DIN rail or wall mounting.
