USR-IO0440 is an expansion module for systems based on USR-M100, featuring 4 analog inputs (4–20 mA) and 4 relay outputs. It is used in industrial applications that require integration of additional sensors and actuators within a distributed I/O system.
Description
The USR-IO0440 module is designed to extend the functionality of the USR-M100 gateway (EAU and ETH versions) with additional analog inputs and digital outputs. It enables the integration of 4–20 mA analog sensors and control of actuators via relay outputs. Communication with the main unit is done via the RS485 port, supporting a distributed automation architecture. The module allows easy expansion of existing applications without modifying the main device. It ensures stable operation within a power supply range of 9–36 V DC and can be mounted in control cabinets in industrial standard installations.
