Holybro PM02D - Power Module for Flight Controllers 2-6S with XT60

Description

The PM02D module is installed between the battery and the propulsion system, allowing the flight controller to receive battery voltage and current measurements while also providing it with a regulated supply voltage. The integrated switching regulator delivers 5.2 V at up to 3 A, while measurement data is transmitted digitally via the I2C interface using a 6-pin cable. The module can be used in drones and other platforms equipped with compatible Pixhawk flight controllers.

The module supports 2S to 6S LiPo batteries. The PCB is rated by the manufacturer for 60 A continuous current and 100 A burst current for less than 60 seconds, while the factory-installed 14 AWG wires and XT60 connectors have lower current ratings: 30 A continuous and 60 A burst.

PM02D supports PX4, while for ArduPilot the manufacturer specifies compatibility from version 4.4 onward. The module is not intended to power servos directly; servos and other higher-current loads require a separate BEC or another suitable power supply.
