Description

Waveshare 33259 (7-DSI-TOUCH-C) is intended for building HMI interfaces and operator panels based on platforms equipped with a DSI output, including Raspberry Pi. Video transmission via DSI enables operation without HDMI converters, while touch handling via the I2C interface allows integration with the operating system as a multi-touch display.

The 7" IPS panel with a resolution of 1024 x 600 px provides consistent image quality with a 170° viewing angle, and a brightness of 400 cd/m² supports stationary applications. The display is powered by 5 V from GPIO. The kit includes cables for connecting different DSI connector variants and power wiring. Software-controlled backlight adjustment allows brightness to be adapted to operating conditions.
