Description
The SenseCAP Solar Node P1 is a self-powered communication node with solar energy supply, designed for use in remote or off-grid environments. It integrates the XIAO nRF52840 Plus microcontroller and the Wio-SX1262 LoRa module, enabling long-range communication with ultra-low power consumption. Preloaded with Meshtastic firmware, the device is ready to use straight out of the box.
The kit includes a 5W solar panel, making it perfect for outdoor environments. Thanks to the built-in Grove interface, you can easily connect various sensors, making it a versatile monitoring tool. The communication range between two devices can reach up to 8–9 km in open terrain. The device can act as a field node, relay, or an expansion point for a Meshtastic network, significantly extending its coverage. It is ideally suited for environmental monitoring, IoT applications, field exploration, and emergency communication.
