ESP32-S3-Tiny-N8R8-Kit is a compact development board designed for AIoT applications, based on ESP32-S3FH4R2 / ESP32-S3-PICO-1-N8R8 featuring a dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX7 processor with operating frequency up to 240 MHz. The chip integrates 512 kB SRAM and 384 kB ROM and provides advanced connectivity through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 5 LE with Bluetooth Mesh support.
The N8R8 version is equipped with 8 MB Flash and 8 MB PSRAM, enabling development of advanced applications including edge AI processing, data handling and memory-intensive IoT systems. The chip supports multiple low-power operating modes, allowing optimization of power consumption depending on the application scenario.

The board provides 34 multifunction GPIO pins configurable for SPI, I2C, UART, ADC and PWM interfaces. An onboard 8 PIN FPC connector with 0.5 mm pitch is used to connect the included USB Type-C adapter board via the supplied FPC cable, enabling direct connection to a computer. Castellated holes and gold-plated pads facilitate integration into end products.
The board includes a ME6217C33M5G 3.3 V voltage regulator with output current up to 800 mA, a WS2812 RGB LED, a power indicator LED and BOOT and RESET buttons.
