Description
The 5000X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables safe and precise operation at high voltages, ensuring both measurement accuracy and user safety. With its low input impedance, it minimizes signal interference. Fully compatible with OIP500 probes, this tip is ideal for signal analysis up to 500 MHz, whether in the lab or in the field. Its compact design allows easy access to hard-to-reach test points.
