Description
The 100X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables safe and accurate operation at high voltages, ensuring both safety and measurement precision. Thanks to its low input impedance, it minimizes the impact on the measured signal. Fully compatible with OIP500 probes, this tip is suitable for signal analysis up to 500 MHz, making it ideal for both laboratory and field use. Its compact design allows easy access to hard-to-reach measurement points.
