Rogowski current probe designed for measuring very high-amplitude alternating currents up to 6000 A, offering a wide bandwidth from 3 Hz to 20 MHz and a sensitivity of 1 mV/A. Its near-zero impedance enables accurate measurements without affecting the circuit under test, which is useful in analyzing fast waveforms and power systems (MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC, GaN). Micsig RCP6000XS-200
Micsig RCP6000XS-200 is a Rogowski current probe designed for precise measurement of high-amplitude AC currents reaching up to 6000 A. Thanks to Rogowski coil technology, the probe features near-zero insertion impedance, allowing measurements without affecting the tested circuit. This is particularly important in applications requiring high accuracy and minimal interference. The device offers a wide bandwidth of up to 20 MHz, enabling analysis of fast-changing signals and high-frequency waveforms. As a result, it is well suited for measuring currents in power transistors such as MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, and GaN, where capturing dynamic changes and high-order harmonics is essential.
The flexible coil design allows easy adaptation to hard-to-reach areas and measurements in systems with complex geometries. The compact cross-section of the coil enables operation even in very tight spaces, for example between semiconductor leads. The probe is equipped with a standard BNC connector, ensuring full compatibility with most oscilloscopes available on the market. With high voltage insulation up to 1.5 kV, it can be safely used in high-voltage applications.
