Description
The 10000X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables safe and accurate operation at high voltages, ensuring both safety and precision. With its low input impedance, it minimizes any influence on the measured signal. Fully compatible with OIP800 and OIP1000 probes, this tip is suitable for signal analysis up to 1 GHz in both laboratory and field applications. Its compact design makes it easy to access hard-to-reach measurement points.
