Description
Pololu DC motor equipped with a metal gear with a gear ratio of 15.25: 1. The motor of the set is designed for 6 V supply and generates a torque of 0.2 kg * cm (0.02 Nm). The current consumed by the loaded motor is about 40 mA, while the maximum current consumed under load is 670 mA. The motor has an extended shaft on the opposite side of the motor, which makes it easy to install an encoder or other shaft position sensor. The gearbox has a D-shaped output shaft with a diameter of 3 mm, which simplifies the installation of the further part of the drive system.
