Module with MOSFET RFP30N06LE transistor with N channel. Equipped with two screw connectors for easy connection of the circuit. The applied transistor offers a very low resistance at control voltage (gate), which is compatible with any output from 3 to 5 V or a mechanical switch. This allows you to control high-power devices using systems with low current efficiency, e.g. microcontroller outputs.
Attention!
The track widths used on the board allow the flow of current up to 3.5 A.
