Module with MOSFET transistor and JST PH2.0 connector designed to control motor, solenoid or LEDs. It allows you to easily connect a microcontroller with the controlled component without the need to solder the circuit to the transistor or connect components on a contact board. The module can be supplied with a voltage from 3 V to 30 V and controlled by a signal with a logic level from 3 V to 20 V. The output has a terminal connector. It uses an N-channel MOSFET AO3406 transistor, and a 1N4007 protection diode is also included on the board. In addition to the JST PH2.0 connector, the user also has a goldpin connector with a 2.54 mm raster. The module will prove useful during device prototyping.
