Crowtail-MP3 Player 2.0 is a universal audio module with MP3/WAV/WMA playback, microSD card support and a UART interface. Intended for projects requiring the playback of voice messages, sound effects or music.
Description
Crowtail-MP3 Player 2.0 is a compact audio-player module with a UART interface and Crowtail connector, intended for integration in electronic projects requiring sound generation. It supports MP3, WAV and WMA audio files stored on microSD cards up to 32 GB with FAT16 or FAT32 file systems. The board includes a 3.5 mm jack connector and a microSD slot. The module is based on the KT403A chip, offering a 24-bit DAC with 90 dB dynamic range and 85 dB signal-to-noise ratio. Playback (sequential or random) can be controlled using AT commands sent via UART.
