RA4M1-Zero-M is a compact development board based on the RA4M1 microcontroller, equipped with a USB Type-C connector, a range of peripheral interfaces, and software security features. Designed to work with the Arduino IDE and SMT environment, it is suitable for projects requiring small dimensions and advanced functionality.
A miniature development board equipped with a Renesas RA4M1 microcontroller with an ARM Cortex-M4 core, clocked at 48 MHz. The integrated floating-point unit (FPU) enables more efficient processing of mathematical data. The chip offers 256 KB of Flash memory, 32 KB of SRAM, and 8 KB of EEPROM. Onboard features include a 14-bit ADC, a 12-bit DAC, a CAN bus controller, and a USB 2.0 interface. Thanks to support for firmware encryption, secure boot, and anti-tamper mechanisms, the board ensures an increased level of application security. Fully compatible with the Arduino IDE, which simplifies the prototyping process. The module, with compact dimensions of 18 × 23.5 mm, has castellated hole pads, facilitating integration in SMT applications. The RA4M1-Zero-M version comes with pre-soldered goldpin headers.
