Description
HPX silicone thermal conductive paste designed to improve heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks or cooling surfaces. Thermal conductivity above 2.8 W/mK enables efficient heat dissipation from components operating under high load, such as LED modules, power supplies, processors, power transistors and networking devices. The paste fills microscopic gaps between surfaces, improving thermal contact and reducing temperature rise.
Operating temperature range from -50°C to 250°C and resistance to moisture, oxidation and chemical agents allow use in industrial and outdoor environments. Electrically insulating properties enable safe use in circuits requiring electrical isolation. The paste consistency allows even application of a thin layer, while the 500 g cartridge enables manual dispensing or use with a cartridge gun.
