The STM6315 is a low-power microprocessor supervisor designed to monitor supply voltages. Its primary function is to generate a reset signal when the VCC supply voltage falls below a predetermined threshold. This signal is maintained until the voltage rises above this value and the minimum reset time (trec) has elapsed. The device also has a manual reset input (MR) and an open-drain reset output (RST) that can be pulled up to a voltage higher than VCC but lower than 6V. The STM6315 is available in a SOT143-4 package.

The sensor allows you to measure the temperature and set the threshold for switching / triggering the alarm output, thanks to which it can act as a temperature watchdog. Measurement range from -55 to + 125 degrees Celsius; SO8 housing.
The STM6315 is a reliable microprocessor supervisor with accurate reset threshold and low current consumption, ideal for a variety of electronics applications.
