The article describes a useful device - an adapter for measuring capacitance and inductance. It works with any, even the simplest digital multimeter, specifically a voltmeter. The value in millivolts read on the meter corresponds, depending on the range, to the capacity in pico- or nanofaradach or inductance in microholes. Additional range of inductance measurement allows measurements in the range up to 200mH.
The set includes a printed circuit board, a set of elements and documentation.
