The main goal of this project was to achieve the best effect and high functionality. As optoelectronic elements, 5mm LED diodes in blue color were used. The system is equipped with fourteen visual effects programs. The rate of change control has been applied to improve the quality of the effect. The system is very easy to make, and at the same time not very expensive. It is an alternative to professional equipment used at discos and concerts. It can also be used as a police rooster or a traffic light.

The whole consumes only 4.75mA and is built on a small plate measuring 6.5 x 6.5cm.

The set includes a printed circuit board, programmed layout and documentation.
